I had a bit of a rollercoaster experience at Voco Reading. The check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious and mostly clean, but I had some issues with rowdy guests and limited dining options. On the upside, the staff were super friendly and attentive, which really helped balance things out.

My stay at Voco Reading was enjoyable with a clean and spacious room that had a very comfortable bed. although the wheelchair-accessible facilities left much to be desired. I appreciated the friendly staff and excellent breakfast options, but the layout of the bathroom in our room was perplexing and not practical for wheelchair users.
