the room was spacious and very clean. access to the spa area was a highlight of my stay, it wasn't too busy. i enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room .
i found the pillows were too thick and uncomfortable. this affected my sleep quality during the night. i wish there were thinner pillow options available.

I was so happy with the breakfast. It was so tasty. the staff was cute, and the beds were very comfy. it really suited our needs.
Check-in was slow. They thought we had already checked in. it was worrying that they gave our details to another customer and they signed the paperwork. it was just okay.

The staff was very polite and attentive . The restaurant was nice and well-organised for breakfast. The gym had good equipment, and the pool facilities were clean. I felt very relaxed using the pool area.

The gym features modern equipment. I saw multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Free parking was available. I obtained a token each time I exited the overflow car park. Breakfast offered standard items, and vegan sausages were available (I pre-booked it).
The TV seemed outdated, with no Netflix options available.

The staff were pretty good too. I noticed front desk staff were very helpful in resolving guest issues efficiently. The leisure club manager was helpful (really!), and the housekeeping staff kept the rooms super clean and were always polite and efficient.
